1. Acceptance of Terms
This agreement specifies the legally binding terms for your use of the Meet Nairobi website and participation in our events. By using the site or services, you agree to be bound by this agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" or a "Registered Participant."
2. Registration & Participation
To participate as a Hosted Buyer or Exhibitor, you must complete the relevant application process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Your participation is non-transferable.
3. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Harassment, discrimination, or any disruptive behavior towards other participants, staff, or venue personnel will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Meet Nairobi or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Meet Nairobi will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the event or use of our website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of information. We are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage sustained at the event venue.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies for exhibitors are outlined in the participation agreement. Hosted buyer cancellations may be subject to penalties as outlined in their acceptance terms. Meet Nairobi is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government-mandated shutdowns.
7. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. All amendments will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site or services will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
